We Meditate is pleased to announce a new online class that can help you achieve a calmer, more peaceful state of mind. Join the 21 days meditation on April 4, 2022, from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM MDT for Mind to Meditation. It’s volunteer-led and takes place in many countries.
Birth Prep Class for Couples
A class on April 9, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. MDT by midwives Britt and Tracy of Modern Day Midwives. They offer a supportive and empowering birthing preparation and experience for couples.
The Goodyear Lakeside Music Festival will return with a lineup of your favorite bands— LIVE!
The Goodyear Lakeside Music Festival returns on April 9, 2022, live and in-person from 4:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. MDT. The festival will take place at the beautiful Estrella Lakeside Amphitheater at North Lake in Estrella.
This year, the annual family-friendly event will return to the heart of the matter by featuring only exceptional Arizona bands from an array of musical genres. And, as a thrilling addition, there is a fireworks show planned to end the festival in style. This impressive display of pyrotechnics will shoot off over the lake to close the evening with a bang!
In addition to food trucks, the festival will feature offerings from our Residents’ Clubs restaurants: The Cantina at Presidio and Lakeside Grill at Starpointe. Café Bebida at Casa Lucero will also be on hand for purchases.
All guests are invited. Admission is free for all attendees. Lawn seating is first-come, first-served with blankets and lawn chairs permitted; no alcohol, umbrellas, or pets will be allowed in the venue. Check the event page for additional details.

- NIGHTFALL BEATS (7:30-8:15 p.m.) The Phoenix Afrobeat Orchestra (A 16-strong afrobeat band featuring Camille Sledge)
- HEADLINER (8:30p – 9:30 p.m.) Wade Cota Band (Singer-Songwriter and American Idol Finalist)

Earth Day at the Phoenix Zoo
The Phoenix Zoo invites guests to ‘Spring into Action’ as they connect with nature, clean the environment, and create a better world for all creatures great and small by hosting their annual Earth Day celebration. This year’s event includes amazing animal discoveries, earth-friendly games, activities and so much more. Included with general admission into the Zoo on April 16, 2022. The event is from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. MDT.

Join us for a glowing Easter egg hunt at night, egg dyeing, a Hoppy Hour Beer Garden by Saddle Mountain Brewing Co, bouncy houses, selfies with the Easter bunny, and lots of fun giveaways. Buckeye Union High School Class of 1992: 30th Reunion
Join us for a Party on the Patio at Saddle Mountain Brewery to celebrate our Buckeye Union High School Class of 1992 30th Reunion on April 23, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. MDT.
Enjoy a buffet dinner and non-alcoholic drinks as we catch up on each others’ lives. We’ll reminisce about the good ol’ days, remember those who are no longer with us, and reflect on what made our high school experience special.
Cocktails will be available at 5:00; dinner will be served at 6:30. A special moment of reflection will take place at sunset. The cost is $30 per person, and an optional lodging reservation can be booked with our group at Comfort Suites Goodyear.
